Dear parents,

Welcome to a new school year!  I’m excited to work with you to ensure your son or daughter has a tremendous experience in the 5th grade.

This is my first year as a teacher and am thrilled to be here at Westchester.  On a personal note, I am married to my wife Kim who is also a teacher.  We have three wonderful children,  Joshua (13), Ashley (11) and Avery (7).

Going back to school to earn my teaching degree was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  I chose to change my profession because I love working with children and I believe I can improve the quality of their education.  I am working very hard to make this goal a reality.

With our combined efforts, this will be a tremendous year!
